AutoLink customers

If customers have been entered manually in both systems, they can be automatically linked if company names match exactly.

Important Things To Know

• Auto Linking will not synchronize or update address or phone information. It will just link customer records in both systems.

Link customers automatically

1. Go to Accounting Link and select Contact Management.
2. Select AutoLink Customers under the AutoLink Based On Exact Name Match section.
3. Click OK when prompted to automatically link customers.
   This process may take some time depending the number of customers in both systems.
