AutoLink Employees

If employees have been entered manually in both systems, they can be automatically linked if names match exactly.

Important Things To Know

• Auto Linking will not synchronize or update address or phone information. It will just link employee records in both systems.

Link employees automatically

1. Go to Accounting Link and select Contact Management.
2. Select AutoLink Employees under the AutoLink Based On Exact Name Match section.
3. Click OK when prompted to automatically link employees.
   This process may take some time depending the number of employees in both systems.
