Sync Linked Customers

Important Things To Know

• The Posting Preferences page includes properties on how Sage Construction Management and Sage 100 Contractor Customers should be synchronized.
• Only linked Sage Construction Management companies will be synchronized, which will update address and phone information.
• New customers added to either system will not be imported or exported when syncing since there are separate functions for those purposes.

Sync linked customers

1. Go to Accounting Link and select Contact Management.
2. Select Sync Linked Customers under the Sync Address & Phone section.
3. Select Sync Selected Customers to synchronize all customers in the list.
