Retrieve Job To Date Costs from Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate

Retrieving payment data from Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate into Sage CM will retrieve payment data for all transactions from the past 180 days. This process can take a long time.

Instructions

  1. Select the Posting tab in the AccountingLink.
  2. Click Retrieve Job To Date Costs from Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate > OK.
You can use one of the following links to view the JTD cost details for a project:
  • The ERP Job To Dates link under the Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate section of the Project Menu.
  • The Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate JTD Cost Details link under the Related Functions section of the project Procurement Overview page.
