View linked customers
Customers can be unlinked in the View Linked Customers page. This may be applicable if a Sage Construction Management company was manually linked to the wrong Sage Intacct customer.
Manual linking will not update the customer code. Customer codes are only updated when selecting to sync or import customers.
- Select the Contact Management tab.
- Navigate to the Linked Companies and Employees section and select View Linked Customers.
- Optionally, to unlink Customers:
- Select the Customer to be unlinked by clicking the checkbox on the left.
- Click Unlink Selected Customers.
