Import Sage Intacct Master Cost Codes

• Only top level Sage Intacct cost codes will appear in the listing. This is by design to improve performance since there can be thousands of codes in the system.
• Selecting a top level code will also import sub-tier codes. See example codes below.
  • Top Tier Code: 03-00-00 Concrete
  • Sub Tier Codes: 03-01-00, 03-03-00, 03-05-00

   

1. Select the Master Cost Codes tab in the AccountingLink.
2. Select one or more top tier cost codes or click Check All to select all of them.
3. Click Import.
4. In the popup, select Existing or New for the classification.
   1. Existing: Select the classification name from the dropdown.
   2. New: Enter the classification name.
5. Click Import in the popup.
