Unlink a Equipment Timecard

Important things to know

Posted Equipment Timecards can be unlinked in case a Equipment Timecard has been manually linked to the wrong project, or if significant changes need to be made to the transaction, which should be then re-Posted to Sage Intacct. This also requires deleting the original transaction in Sage Intacct to prevent duplicates.

Instructions

  1. Select Accounting Link > Time & Expenses.
  2. Click View Equipment Timecards - Posted in the Sage CM Equipment Timecards section.
  3. Select the checkbox for the Equipment Timecard to be unlinked.
  4. Click Unlink Selected Sub Equipment Timecards.
