RFI priority options

You can use the RFI priority to group and filter the RFI list, as well as when printing log reports.

The default options are provided below, but others can be added or deleted if they are not referenced in an RFI.

Default RFI priority options

• Earliest Convenience
• A.S.A.P.
• Rush (Work In Progress)

View and add RFI priority options

1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
2. Go to Settings > Feature Settings > Correspondence.

   The available RFI priorities are listed under the RFI Priority section.

3. To add a new RFI priority, click Add, enter the RFI priority in the available field, and select Save.
