Copy multiple transaction workflow rules

A common scenario for copying multiple rules at once is for project-based workflows. For example, you can copy a set of rules from an existing project to one that has been awarded.

1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
2. Go to Settings > Workflow > Contract Admin & Procurement.
3. In the Workflow Rules section, select Copy Feature Rule.
4. Optionally, you can filter the rules listing by Module and Feature.
5. Select one or more rules to be copied from the list.
6. For each rule, modify the Rule Name and Rule Description directly within the grid.
7. Optionally, in the Destination section, update the Module and Feature.
8. Select Finish.

Next step: After the rules have been copied, you can select the new rules in the Workflow Rules section to make further modifications as needed.
