Add companies manually

  1. Go to Contact Management.
  2. In the Stats section, select the three-dot menu icon (More actions icon.) next to the Active companies.
  3. Select Add manually.
  4. Enter the name in the Company field.

    The company name must be unique. If you enter a duplicate company name, an error occurs when saving the record.
  5. Enter information in the remaining fields as needed.

    In projects with the Specify Contacts for Project option selected, only companies with contacts are available in the project directory.

  6. In the Primary Contact section, select Is Bid Contact to use as a filter in the following cases:

    • When you add company contacts to an invitation to bid list.

    • When you add contacts to a request for proposal package.

  7. Select either Save & Close or Save & New.

You can add additional contacts after saving the record.
