Send the submittal request to the originator

If the originator is another company, such as a subcontractor or supplier, you can send an email with the submittal request.

  1. At the submittal listing page, select the submittal to view the details.
  2. Select Actions > Send Submittal Request To Originator.
  3. Select an email Template from the dropdown.
  4. Select Ok.

    The email message displays.

  5. Optional: To show all recipients and CC list at the bottom of the email, select the respective option.
  6. Optional: To send the email only to the first CC recipient, select Send CC only for 1st recipient in the CC List section.
  7. In the Linked File Attachments section, select the Grant Access next to each file that you want to share through the TeamLink Portal.
  8. Optional: To upload attachments, select Choose File in the Email Upload Attachments section to find and upload files from your local drive.
  9. Optional: Review and update the email Subject as needed.
  10. Review the Body of the email.
  11. Select Send Email.
