Print the submittal response for the originator

If the originator is another company, such as a subcontractor or supplier, you can print the submittal request.

1. At the submittal listing page, select the submittal to view the details.
2. Select Reports > Submittal Responses to Originator.
3. Select a report Template from the dropdown.
4. Select an Export Option from the dropdown.

   The available options are the following:

   • .DOC (Microsoft Word 2003)
   • .DOCX (Microsoft Word 2007 and later)
   • PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
   • Save DOC to Linked Files section
   • Save PDF to Linked Files section

   DOC, DOCX, or PDF format is preferred for printing.

5. Select Ok.
