Adding Tasks At The Bottom

1. Click the 'Add Task' button on the Toolbar .
2. Navigate to the bottom of the grid where the new row is shown.
3. Enter the Task Description.
4. Select a Start Date. This is required before entering a Duration!
5. Enter the Duration in days. This will automatically set the End Date.
6. Optional: Enter a Completion Percentage (ex. 10% = 10) if the task has already started.
7. Optional: Enter a Predecessor (see examples at bottom). This will reset the Start Date upon saving.
8. Repeat prior steps for additional tasks.
9. Click the 'Save' button on the Toolbar.

Inserting Tasks Between Existing Tasks

1. Select a task where another task needs to be added immediately ABOVE.
2. Right-click the mouse.
3. Select 'Add new row'. This will add a blank row ABOVE the highlighted task.
4. Enter the Task Description.
5. Select a Start Date. This is required before entering a Duration!
6. Enter the Duration in days. This will automatically set the End Date.
7. Optional: Enter a Completion Percentage (ex. 10% = 10) if the task has already started.
8. Optional: Enter a Predecessor (see examples at bottom). This will reset the Start Date upon saving.
9. Click the 'Save' button on the Toolbar.

Inserting Child Tasks

1. Select the parent task.
2. Click the 'Add Child Task' button on the Toolbar .
3. Enter the Task Description.
4. Select a Start Date.
5. Enter the Duration in days. This will automatically set the End Date. This is required before entering a Duration!
6. Optional: Enter a Completion Percentage (ex. 10% = 10) if the task has already started.
7. Optional: Enter a Predecessor (see examples at bottom). This will reset the Start Date upon saving.
8. Click the 'Save' button on the Toolbar.

Predecessor Reference Examples

Predecessor Task ID = 19:

• FS with lag 0: 19
• FS with lag 2: 19+2
• SS with lag 3: 19SS+3
• FF with lag 1: 19FF+1
