Enhancement in the default cost plus prime invoice markups form
The Markup Resources field in the default cost plus prime invoice markups form has been changed from a dropdown menu to checkboxes, enabling more flexible selection of the available options.
Details
The available options are the following:
- M Resource Items: Bills, Misc. Expenses, WOs
- L Resource Items: Labor Timecards, Bills, Misc. Expenses, WOs
- E Resource Items: Equipment Timecards, Bills, Misc. Expenses, WOs
- S Resource Items: Sub Invoices, Bills, Misc. Expenses, WOs
- O Resource Items: Bills, Misc. Expenses, WOs
The selections in the Markup Resources field of existing default invoice markups have been updated as follows:

If the Bills, Misc. Expenses & WO - M Resource Lines Only option was previously selected, then the M Resource Items: Bills, Misc. Expenses, WOs checkbox is now selected.
- If the Lbr. Timecards, Bills, Misc. Expenses & WO - L Resource Lines Only option was previously selected, then the L Resource Items: Labor Timecards, Bills, Misc. Expenses, WOs checkbox is now selected.
- If the Eqp. Timecards, Bills, Misc. Expenses & WO - E Resource Lines Only option was previously selected, then the E Resource Items: Equipment Timecards, Bills, Misc. Expenses, WOs checkbox is now selected.
- If the Sub Invoices, Bills, Misc. Expenses & WO - S Resource Lines Only option was previously selected, then the S Resource Items: Sub Invoices, Bills, Misc. Expenses, WOs checkbox is now selected.
- If the Bills, Misc. Expenses & WO - O Resource Lines Only option was previously selected, then the O Resource Items: Bills, Misc. Expenses, WOs
- If the All - Every Line Item option was previously selected, then all the checkboxes are now selected.
How it works
- On the prime contract page, select the View Default Markups - Cost Plus Prime Invoices link in the Project Information Linked To Prime Contract section.
- Select Add.
- Select one or more of the available Markup Resources.
- Update the rest of the fields as needed and select Save.
