Equipment service ticket log reports

Two new log reports have been added for the tracking of service tickets for equipment items.

Details

The following general log reports are available for equipment service tickets:

  • Service Tickets Grouped by Eqp Item

  • Service Tickets Grouped by Service Company and Eqp Item

How it works

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. Select General Reports in the Report Category dropdown.

  3. Select Equipment in the Report Sub-Category dropdown.

  4. Select the appropriate report in the Standard Reports section.
