Post change orders with zero cost budget to Sage 100 Contractor

You can now post change orders (COs) with zero cost budget from Sage Construction Management to Sage 100 Contractor. This enhancement provides greater flexibility when managing COs that do not directly impact cost but still require tracking and documentation in both systems.

How it works

1. Go to Accounting Link and select Batch Post Wizard in the Posting tab.

2. From the Jump to dropdown, select Change Orders.

   Any COs with a zero cost budget will appear in the list.

   

3. Select Post next to the appropriate CO to post it to Sage 100 Contractor.
