New bulk actions for vendors in invitations to bid

We've added a Choose Bulk Action option to the vendors list in invitations to bid (ITBs), giving you more control and efficiency when managing multiple vendors at once.

Details

From the vendors list in ITBs, you can now:

• Delete selected vendors in a single step.

• Update the bid status for multiple vendors at the same time.

How it works

1. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Invitation To Bid (ITB) in the Preconstruction section.
2. Select the Vendors tab.
3. Select one or more vendors from the list and select Choose Bulk Action.
4. In the dialog, select one of the following options:
   • To delete the selected vendors from the ITB, select Delete.
   • To update the bid status for the selected vendors, select Update Bid Status and select the appropriate option in the dropdown.

   

5. Select Choose Bulk Actions.
