Remove TeamLink Portal users
- Go to Contact Management.
- In the Stats section, select the record count number next to the Contacts under the Active column.
- Optionally, use the Search field and the Filters as needed to filter the active contacts list.
- Select the Display Name of the appropriate contact record to view the profile.
- In the Contact Details section, select Edit.
- In the TeamLink Information section, deselect the External User option.
- Clear the Username field.
- Select Save & Close.
