New options to abandon workflow for Contract Administration and Procurement transactions

If Sage Construction Management is configured to use a workflow for the Contract Administration and Procurement transactions, you can specify which users can abandon the workflow.

How it works

1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.

2. Go to Settings > Workflow > Contract Admin & Procurement.
3. Select the users that can abandon the workflow from the AbandonWorkflow dropdown.

   The available options are the following:

   • Allow Admins or Next Approver to Abandon Workflow

     This option is selected by default.

   • Allow Only Approvers to Abandon Workflow
   • Allow All Users Who Have Feature Access to Abandon Workflow
