New and updated analytical reports and dashboards

New single and multi-project analytical reports have been added to the Cost and ERP JTD Cost tabs. New single and multi-project dashboards are also available under the ERP JTD Cost and Revenue tabs. Additionally, several existing reports under the ERP JTD Cost tab have been updated for improved analysis.

- Cost Budget VS Committed VS ERP JTD By Resource Type

Updated reports under the ERP JTD Cost tab:

The following reports have been updated to include the ERP Job To Date % of Cost Budget column:
- Contract Invoice And ERP JTD Costs
- Contract Invoice and Cost Overview Including ERP JTD Costs
- Multi-Project - Invoice and ERP Job To Date Costs
- Multi-Project - Invoice and Cost Overview Incl. ERP Job To Date Costs
In the Cost To Date Overview By Resource Type With ERP JTD Costs report, the SCM Cost Budget - ERP JTD column replaced the SCM CTD - ERP JTD column.
The Cost Budget VS Committed VS Gross Projected Cost VS ERP JTD Costs report has been renamed to Sage CM Cost Budgets VS Commitments VS Gross Cost To Date VS Forecasted.

How it works

Go to Analytics.
Select Single Project & Prime or Multi Project & Primes as needed and select one or more projects.
For the reports, select either the Cost or the ERP JTD Cost tab as needed, and do the following in the Analytical Reports section:
1. To open the new reports, select one of the following options as needed:
  - Committed and Cost To Date Overview By Resource Type
  - Committed and Cost To Date Overview By Resource Type Without Tax
  - Cost Budget VS Committed VS ERP JTD By Resource Type
2. To view the updated fields in existing reports, select one of the following options as needed:
  - Contract Invoice And ERP JTD Costs
  - Contract Invoice and Cost Overview Including ERP JTD Costs
  - Cost To Date Overview By Resource Type With ERP JTD Costs
  - Multi-Project - Invoice and ERP Job To Date Costs
  - Multi-Project - Invoice and Cost Overview Incl. ERP Job To Date Costs
To open the new dashboards, select either the ERP JTD Cost or the Revenue tab as needed, and select one of the following dashboards in the Summary Dashboards section:
1. ERP JTD Cost tab:
  - Cash Flow Analysis Overview Using ERP JTD Cost
  - Cost Budgets Committed and ERP JTD Cost Overview
  - ERP JTD Cost By Resource Type
2. Revenue tab:
