Linked Companies and Employees

You can use the following functions to either view or unlink companies, vendors, or employees:

• View Linked Customers
• View Linked Vendors
• View Linked Employees

Manually Link

Use the following functions if customers, vendors, or employees have been manually entered in both systems and need to be linked:

• Manually Link Customers
• Manually Link Vendors
• Manually Link Employees

AutoLink Based On Exact Name Match

AutoLink will link customers, vendors, or employees only if names match in both systems. It will not affect existing linked records nor will it update address or phone information. You can use the following functions:

• Autolink Customers
• Autolink Vendors
• Autolink Employees

Posted to Sage 100 Contractor

Use the following function to post Vendors with approved AP related transactions to Sage 100 Contractor:

• Posted Sage CM Vendors

Import from Sage 100 Contractor

The following import options are especially practical when implementing Sage Construction Management:

• Import Sage 100 Contractor Customers
• Import Sage 100 Contractor Vendors
• Import Sage 100 Contractor Employees

Sync Address and Phone

• Sync Linked Customers
• Sync Linked Vendors
